Shipping and Delivery:
We ship via UPS and provide you several options for your convenience. Your shipping costs will be calculated and reflected in your total order cost during the checkout process so you will know the cost before you submit your order. We can only ship in the USA at this time.
We typically ship within 24-48 business hours from the time your order is placed. If you need your order expedited, please also send an email to info@bigfishbikes.com and we will make every effort to process it quickly through our distribution center.
Order Confirmation:
By providing us your email address, we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order, and you will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. This ship email confirmation will provide you with an order summary including what shipped, the date, the ship method and the tracking number. You will be able to easily monitor your order while it is in route.
Return Policy:
If you are not complexly satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in the original or comparable box and protective packaging materials for a full refund within 30 days (excluding shipping). We simply require you call us or email us with your original order number and we will assign you a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and help you with any questions you may have regarding the returns shipping process.

Bigfish does not maintain your credit card information on our server.
